In this video, I show you how I eat in a typical day of eating keto as a ketogenic food blogger, and as a marathon runner looking to maintain a healthy weight. I did go under my calories today unintentionally, but feeling good, just listening to my body.
As promised, here is the meatloaf recipe:
1lb (500g) Ground Beef
1 Cup Almond Meal
1/2 Onion Diced
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Mustard.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Place in a baking dish and bake at 180C (355F) for 30 mins.
